Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ezeditor AI website at ezeditor.net, AI photo editing and image generation tools, credits, subscriptions, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ezeditor AI, and "you" refers to the individual or organization accessing or using the Services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, or use the Services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credit pack, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Do not use the Services if you disagree with these Terms or do not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. The Services and Third-Party Services

Ezeditor AI is an online workspace for AI photo editing and image generation. Supported tools let you describe changes in everyday language, add reference images, and choose an AI model. Editing tasks may include replacing backgrounds, removing unwanted objects, changing outfits, editing image text, or exploring a different visual style.

Depending on the tool and model, you may also choose output size, aspect ratio, resolution, or other settings. Some tools accept video or audio references. Available features, supported models, file requirements, processing times, and credit costs are as shown when you use the Services. A preview or model listing does not mean that processing is available; availability notices shown in the tool apply.

When you submit a supported editing or generation request, the Services may use third-party AI processing providers and models, including but not limited to GPT Image 2.5, NanoBanana 2.1, Grok Imagine Image 2.0, and Seedream 5.0. The specific models and versions available are subject to the listings and availability notices shown in the tool when you use it. The Services also rely on third-party technical infrastructure. The availability, processing capabilities, and outputs of third-party services may change, and delays or interruptions may occur.

We may reasonably modify, restrict, suspend, or remove features to maintain, improve, or protect the Services, or to fulfill legal obligations. For material changes that adversely affect purchased services, we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable and address affected entitlements in accordance with the commitments made at purchase and applicable requirements.

Paid entitlements and credits generally become available after payment confirmation. Credit delivery or the start of digital services does not affect your refund or other rights under Section 8 or mandatory law.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and complete account and billing information and update it when necessary.

Keep your login credentials secure. You must not sell, rent, or share your account, or allow others to use it to circumvent usage restrictions.

You are responsible for account activity you authorize. If you suspect account theft, compromised credentials, or an unauthorized transaction, promptly contact support@ezeditor.net.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify transactions, protect accounts, or address security incidents. Do not send us passwords, payment card security codes, or complete payment card information.

4. Your Materials and Required Permissions

"Input Content" means photos, reference images, prompts, and any video, audio, linked content, or other materials you submit or designate for processing through a supported feature.

You retain your existing rights in Input Content. You must ensure that you have the rights, permissions, or other lawful basis needed to process it, including:

• Permission to use photos, videos, illustrated characters, and other works;
• Required authorization involving another person's likeness, voice, privacy, or other personal rights;
• Permission to use music, recordings, and other audio materials;
• The right to have us and necessary service providers process the materials.

If materials involve minors, you must obtain any legally required authorization from a parent or guardian and ensure that the use complies with these Terms and applicable requirements.

Built-in examples, presets, and templates, where offered, may be used within the features provided by the Services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not grant you the right to separately extract, resell, or redistribute original template materials, or guarantee that third-party music, likenesses, or other elements in templates are licensed for every use.

Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or restricted information that is unnecessary for processing.

5. Generated Results, Commercial Use, and Content License

"Output Content" means edited images, generated images, and any video or other results produced by a supported tool from your Input Content.

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law and relevant permissions, you retain your rights in Input Content, and we assign to you any transferable rights we may have in Output Content.

All plans, including the Free plan, allow you to use Output Content for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You must still obtain the permissions needed for your Input Content and intended use, including permissions relating to photos, reference images, likenesses, and any video or audio you use.

Permission for commercial use does not mean that we guarantee Output Content:

• Qualifies for copyright protection in every country or region;
• Is exclusive or will not resemble results generated for other users;
• Is free of third-party rights;
• Is suitable for your particular purpose or will be accepted by third-party platforms.

To provide the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license allowing us and necessary service providers to host, copy, transmit, convert, process, and display Input Content and Output Content, solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and protect the Services, address support requests, and fulfill legal obligations.

This license does not authorize the use of your content for model training, advertising, public case studies, or content sales. If we intend to use your content for these additional purposes, we will separately obtain the required permission. Third-party service providers' processing and retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy and related notices.

Rights in the Services' software, interfaces, branding, logos, and other platform content that are not expressly granted to you remain with their respective rights holders.

6. Plans, Credits, and Usage Rules

6.1 Subscriptions and Credit Packs

We offer recurring subscriptions and separately purchased one-time credit packs. Prices, currencies, features, credit amounts, promotions, and available products are as shown on the pricing and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions issue credits monthly, rather than issuing a full year's credits at the start of the subscription.

Each subscription credit installment is valid for 30 days and does not roll over to the next credit issuance period. Credits expire at their respective expiry times even if the subscription billing period has not ended.

Separately purchased credit packs are one-time purchases. Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, credit packs are valid for 365 days after purchase. Purchasing a credit pack does not automatically create or extend a subscription.

6.2 Free Credits and Additional Bonuses

We may offer signup credits, daily free credits, subscriber bonuses on credit-pack purchases, or other promotional credits.

The availability, credit amounts, eligibility requirements, and validity periods of these offers are as shown when you claim them or make a purchase. Unclaimed daily allowances do not automatically accumulate for issuance when you later log in.

We may prospectively change or discontinue future free credits and promotions, but will not reduce credits already validly issued or shorten their original validity solely because promotion rules have changed.

6.3 Credit Usage

Credits required for an editing or generation task depend on the selected model, mode, output settings, and, where relevant, duration. The estimated cost is displayed before submission.

You must have enough available credits to submit a task that requires payment. Credits are deducted when the task is submitted and may be unavailable for other tasks while processing is underway.

Available, unexpired credit batches are used in order of earliest expiry. Batches with the same expiry are used in issuance order. Non-expiring credits are used after credits that have an expiry date.

You can view your balance, usage history, and relevant expiry information on the Credits page.

6.4 Nature of Credits and Changes

Credits represent only a right to use the Services under these Terms. They are not money, bank deposits, investments, or a withdrawable balance.

Except where required by law or expressly provided by the refund terms here, credits may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

We may change prices, plans, and credit rules for future purchases. For purchased services, we will honor the commitments applicable at purchase. We will notify you of renewal price changes before the relevant charge in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. Payments, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

7.1 Payments and Taxes

Payments are handled by the payment processor shown at checkout and its partners. We do not intend to store complete payment card information on our own servers.

The total amount due, currency, discounts, and applicable taxes are as confirmed at checkout. Your bank or payment institution may separately charge currency conversion or other fees determined by that institution.

7.2 Automatic Renewal Authorization

By purchasing a subscription and confirming payment, you authorize us and the payment processor to charge your provided payment method for the applicable subscription fees and taxes on your selected monthly or annual cycle.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal charge.

Credit packs are separate one-time transactions. Purchasing a credit pack does not authorize automatic top-ups. We will not automatically purchase credits or charge you solely because your credit balance is low.

7.3 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel through your account's billing or subscription settings or an available payment provider customer portal. You can also request assistance by emailing support@ezeditor.net from your account email address.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. You may continue using purchased subscription benefits for the remainder of that period.

After you cancel renewal of an annual subscription, monthly credit installments that remain due within the original paid year continue on their original schedule, except where the purchase has been refunded or access has lawfully been restricted for a breach of these Terms.

Cancellation does not cause separately purchased credit packs to expire early. Subscription credits already issued remain subject to their respective 30-day validity periods.

Canceling a subscription, deleting generation history, and deleting an account are separate actions. Before deleting your account, confirm that subscription renewal has been canceled or contact us for assistance.

Except as provided in Section 8 or required by mandatory law, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund or a prorated refund for unused time.

8. Failed Generations and Refund Policy

You can also read these rules on our separate Refund Policy page.

8.1 Credit Returns for Failed Generations

If the system confirms that a task failed, or a submission is explicitly rejected without completing generation, we will return the credits charged for that task.

Returned credits retain their original batch expiry and do not receive a new validity period. If the original credits have already expired, returned credits may expire immediately. Credits revoked following a monetary refund will not be restored again through a failed task.

Queuing, processing delays, status verification, or retries to save results do not automatically constitute generation failure. We may need to verify the outcome of tasks whose status remains uncertain.

A successfully generated result that does not fully meet your aesthetic preferences or expectations does not automatically constitute task failure. If you believe a technical error occurred, contact us with the task ID for investigation.

A credit return is a credit adjustment, distinct from a monetary refund, and does not extend the deadline for requesting a monetary refund.

8.2 First Subscription Refunds

If you are purchasing a paid Ezeditor AI subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after successful payment for that first subscription, provided that the credits issued for that payment have not been used.

This protection applies to your first monthly or annual subscription purchase. It does not apply to:

• Subscription renewal charges;
• Purchases made after you previously held a paid Ezeditor AI subscription;
• Other paid plan-change transactions that are not your first subscription purchase.

Previously using only the Free plan or purchasing one-time credit packs does not prevent you from qualifying as a first-time subscriber under this refund protection.

8.3 Credit Pack Refunds

For a separately purchased credit pack, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after successful payment for that purchase, provided that the credits issued for that pack have not been used.

Any subscriber bonus credits issued with the pack are part of that purchase's credits. Once any of those credits have been used, the pack and its remaining credits generally no longer qualify for this voluntary refund protection.

8.4 Determining Whether Credits Have Been Used

Refund eligibility is verified against the credit records for the relevant subscription payment or credit-pack order, rather than solely against your total account balance.

Using free credits or credits from other orders does not, by itself, make this purchase ineligible for a refund.

Credits fully returned following a confirmed generation failure are not treated as having been used to complete a generation. For tasks that have been charged but are still processing, we must first verify their final status before determining refund eligibility.

If you submit your refund request within the 7-day period, it will not be treated as late solely because verifying task status or processing the request takes additional time.

8.5 Entitlements After a Refund

Once a refund is completed, we will revoke unused credits from the refunded purchase, including any associated bonus credits.

A subscription refund also ends the entitlements associated with the refunded purchase, stops future credit installments for that purchase, and cancels future automatic renewal of the relevant subscription.

Other independent orders, purchases that have not been refunded, and free credits do not automatically become invalid because of that refund.

8.6 Requests and Refund Timing

Email support@ezeditor.net and provide:

• Your account email address;
• The order number or transaction ID;
• The purchase date;
• The purchase for which you are requesting a refund and the reason.

We will verify payment and credit usage records. Once approved, a full refund of the amount actually charged for the original transaction will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on the payment processor and bank.

We will not ask you for your password, complete payment card number, or payment card security code.

8.7 Statutory Rights

This policy provides voluntary refund protection and does not limit your rights under mandatory law to withdraw, receive a refund, obtain remedies for services, or raise a payment dispute.

Immediate provision of digital services or delivery of credits does not, by itself, exclude those rights. Where consent to immediate performance or a related acknowledgment is legally required, we will obtain it separately through an appropriate process.

9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

9.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Services for lawful personal creation, design, e-commerce, marketing, and other purposes for which you have the necessary permissions.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded photos, reference images, videos, audio, and other materials, their processing, and the use of generated results.

The prohibited-content rules below apply to uploading, importing, processing, generating, outputting, or distributing content through the Services, including editing photos, generating images, combining references, and using any supported video or audio tools.

9.2 Six Categories of Prohibited Content

You must not use the Services to upload, import, process, generate, output, or distribute content in the following six categories:

1. Pornographic / NSFW content: Pornographic imagery, explicit sexual acts, nudity or body close-ups intended for sexual arousal, and other adult content of an overtly pornographic nature.

2. Violent / graphic content: Violent attacks, bloody wounds, dismemberment, torture, abuse, other depictions of cruel harm, and content that encourages, glorifies, or incites violence.

3. Hate speech: Hateful attacks or dehumanizing statements directed at individuals or groups, or content inciting discrimination, hostility, or violence, based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

4. Child-unsafe content, including CSAM: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), pornographic or sexualized content involving minors, and content depicting, encouraging, or facilitating child abuse, exploitation, grooming, or threats to child safety. Fictional, synthetic, or AI-generated sexualized content involving minors is also prohibited.

5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Unauthorized or deceptive deepfake content, and content that uses face swapping, identity replacement, motion transfer, or other synthesis or editing techniques to impersonate a real person or fabricate their statements, actions, identity, or endorsement relationships. You must not use another person's likeness, voice, or identity for deception, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, or false endorsements.

6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Use of copyrighted works, characters, photos, videos, music, recordings, or other materials without necessary permission, and use of brand identifiers that infringes trademark rights, creates counterfeit content, or falsely suggests a brand affiliation. You must not use image editing, image or video generation, or other processing techniques to conceal the source of infringing content.

9.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

You must also not:

• Submit malicious files, attack systems, or circumvent account, payment, credit deduction, safety review, or access restrictions;
• Manipulate orders, credits, promotions, or refund mechanisms, abuse free benefits through bulk registration or similar methods, or use unauthorized payment methods;
• Sell, rent, or share accounts, or resell access to the Services without authorization;
• Use automated requests, bulk scraping, or other methods to place an unreasonable load on the Services or interfere with normal operation;
• Infringe another person's likeness, privacy, reputation, or other lawful rights;
• Systematically extract non-public data, model responses, or platform resources for unauthorized model training, fine-tuning, distillation, or other development activities;
• Use the Services for other unlawful acts or help others carry out the prohibited conduct above.

9.4 Enforcement and Appeals

If we identify content or conduct suspected of violating these rules, we may reject the relevant generation or processing request, remove content, restrict access to content, or take the account suspension or termination measures described in Section 12.

Except in emergencies or where prohibited by law, we will explain the reason for our action and provide contact and appeal channels. If you believe an action was taken in error or wish to report suspected prohibited or infringing content, contact support@ezeditor.net with the relevant task ID, a description of the content, or other necessary information.

Enforcement does not automatically mean forfeiture of all purchased credits. Billing, refunds, and account balances are handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

10. Material Retention, Downloads, and Deletion

Browser previews, temporary phone transfers, uploaded processing inputs, and generated results have different retention rules. Selecting a local file in the homepage editor creates a browser preview; it does not by itself submit an AI processing request. Phone uploads pass through temporary server storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Inputs uploaded to our systems for AI processing stop being accessible 24 hours after upload completion. Background processes then remove expired files and related material records. Cleanup retries or delays may cause physical deletion to occur after access expires.

Generated results currently have no uniform automatic expiry or deletion period and are retained to support history, previews, and downloads. This is not a promise of permanent storage or availability. Download and back up results you wish to keep promptly.

You can delete completed or failed tasks from your history. Tasks still processing cannot currently be deleted through this feature. Deleting results does not automatically delete separately retained credit, transaction, security, or other necessary records.

Our retention periods do not establish a uniform retention period for copies held by third-party service providers. Deleting a task or account on our site does not mean all third-party copies are deleted at the same time.

11. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

AI edits and generated results may change details you intended to preserve, distort faces or objects, render text incorrectly, or introduce visual artifacts and other unexpected effects. Video tools may also produce motion or audio inconsistencies. Results vary with your source materials, instructions, model, and settings.

Examples, previews, and descriptions on the website illustrate functionality and do not guarantee that every generation will achieve the same result. Unless expressly promised at purchase, we do not guarantee fixed processing times, a particular creative result, distribution performance, or commercial returns.

Review Output Content before downloading, publishing, or using it to confirm that the content and intended use are appropriate for your purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for our express commitments and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, or error-free operation.

This section does not exclude responsibilities we must fulfill under mandatory law or express commitments made at purchase.

12. Suspension, Termination, and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel your subscription or request account deletion as described in Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate relevant access to the extent reasonably necessary to address breaches of these Terms, fraud, security risks, legal obligations, or harm to users, the Services, or third parties.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to explain or correct the issue. Exceptions apply to urgent security risks, clearly unlawful conduct, or situations where notice is legally prohibited.

Suspension or termination does not, by itself, determine whether a refund is due. Affected paid entitlements will be handled according to the circumstances, these Terms, and mandatory law.

If we permanently discontinue the Services for our own business reasons and can no longer provide purchased services, we will offer reasonable remedies for the affected unfulfilled portion, including refunds where applicable.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the service fees you actually paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited is not subject to these limitations.

12.3 Terms That Survive Termination

After your account or access to the Services ends, accrued payment obligations and provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, content-use restrictions, refunds, limitations of liability, and other relevant provisions, remain effective to the extent necessary.

13. Updates and General Terms

We may update these Terms for reasonable reasons, including changes to the Services, payment methods, or security requirements, and will identify the update and effective dates on the page.

For material changes affecting your rights or paid entitlements, we will generally provide at least 14 days' advance notice through the website, email, or other reasonable means. Exceptions apply where legal, security, or emergency circumstances require earlier effect; we will explain the reason where reasonably practicable.

For changes requiring separate consent, we will obtain it in accordance with applicable requirements. For other changes, continued use of the Services after they take effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Updates do not automatically retroactively change prices applicable to completed transactions, the validity of credits already issued, or refund rights that have already arisen.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

These Terms, together with plan descriptions, orders, and promotional conditions expressly displayed and incorporated into your purchase, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant services. If they conflict, express commitments made specifically for a transaction apply to that transaction.
